摘  要:高质量发展以创新为驱动力,凸显了以创新型人才为培养目标的高质量教育的战略地位。高质量高等教育是高质量教育的最重要基础,肩负着提升人才创新能力及促进国家经济社会高质量发展的使命。作为经济社会高质量发展的先导性产业,物流业高质量发展迫切需要服务于物流领域的创新型高质量人才。课程是高质量应用型人才培养的基石,但现有课程以教为中心应试教学模式存在实践创新能力培养不足问题,难以满足领域高质量人才需求。鉴于此,以物流专业代表性核心课程《物流系统仿真》为例,通过以学为中心素质教学模式改革,依据学生认知规律及建构主义理论,结合混合式教学,重构并协同教学设计及评价考核体系,通过促进学生认知能力跃升提升创新能力,为高质量物流人才培养及国家高质量发展提供支持。High-quality development driven by innovation is highlighting the strategic position of high-quality education aimed at cultivating innovative talents.High-quality higher education shouldering the mission of enhancing talent innovation ability and promoting high-quality economic and social development of the country is the most important foundation of high-quality education.As a leading industry for high-quality economic and social development,the logistics industry urgently needs innovative and high-quality talents to serve the logistics field.Curriculum is the cornerstone of cultivating high-quality application talents,but the test-oriented and teaching-centered mode has the problem of insufficient cultivation of practical innovation ability,which is difficult to meet the demand for high-quality talents in the field.In view of this,taking the representative core course of logistics major logistics system simulation as an example,through the reform of student-centered quality teaching mode,based on student cognitive laws and constructivist theory,combined with blended learning,the teaching design and evaluation system is reconstructed and coordinated.By promoting the leap of student cognitive ability and improving innovation ability,it provides support for the cultivation of high-quality logistics talents and the high-quality development of the country.
