摘　　要：食品安全是关系国计民生的重大问题,而监督抽检是保障食品安全的重要手段。本文以基层食品安全监督抽检工作为研究对象,分析了当前基层食品安全监督抽检工作存在的问题,提出了加强抽检经费投入、培养专业人才、开展智慧抽检、制订均衡抽检计划、提高抽检数据利用率以及强化应急响应机制的策略,旨在为完善我国食品安全监管体系提供参考。This paper focuses on the grassroots food safety supervision and sampling inspection work.This article takes the grassroots food safety supervision and sampling work as the research object,analyzes the problems existing in the current grassroots food safety supervision and sampling work,proposes strategies to strengthen the investment of sampling funds,cultivate professional talents,carry out intelligent sampling,formulate balanced sampling plans,improve the utilization rate of sampling data,and strengthen emergency response mechanisms,aiming to provide reference for improving China’s food safety supervision system.
