摘　　要：本文探讨了管理评审在食品检验检测实验室质量管理体系中的重要性和作用。管理评审是实验室质量管理体系中的关键活动,其目的是定期评估和审核实验室的质量管理体系,以确保其符合相关标准和法规要求,并确定是否需要改进。管理评审对于提高实验室质量管理水平、确保检验检测结果的准确性和可靠性具有特别重要的作用。因此,实验室应重视管理评审工作,提升整体管理水平与工作效率,确保检验检测结果的准确性和可靠性。This paper discusses the importance and role of management review in the quality management system of food inspection and testing laboratories.Management review is a crucial activity within the laboratory quality management system.Its purpose is to periodically assess and audit the laboratory’s quality management system to ensure its compliance with relevant standards and regulatory requirements,and to determine if any improvements are needed.Management review plays a particularly important role in improving the laboratory’s quality management level,ensuring the accuracy and reliability of inspection testing results.Therefore,laboratories should attach importance to management review work,enhance their overall management level and work effciency,and ensure the accuracy and reliability of inspection and testing results.
