摘  要:离子色谱技术具有灵敏度高、分析速度快、选择性好、重现性强等优点,可准确检测食品中的重金属离子、农药残留、非法添加剂、防腐剂等多种有害物质,能够为食品安全检测提供可靠的技术手段。基于此,本文简要介绍离子色谱技术的原理及特点,重点阐述其在乳制品、水产品、果蔬制品和肉制品等不同类型食品有害物质检测中的应用情况,为食品安全检测工作的开展提供借鉴。Ion chromatography has the advantages of high sensitivity,fast analysis speed,good selectivity and strong reproducibility.It can accurately detect heavy metal ions,pesticide residues,illegal additives,preservatives and other harmful substances in food,and can provide reliable technical means for food safety detection.Based on this,this paper briefly introduces the principle and characteristics of ion chromatography,and focuses on its application in the detection of harmful substances in different types of food such as dairy products,aquatic products,fruit and vegetable products and meat products,so as to provide reference for the development of food safety detection.
