摘  要:随着人们对食品品质安全关注度的不断提高,高效、准确的检测技术成为保障食品安全的关键。指纹图谱技术凭借其独特的优势,能全面、特征性反映食品的化学组成信息,在食品品质安全检测领域展现出巨大的应用潜力。本文探讨指纹图谱技术的原理、特点及其在食品品质安全检测中的应用,分析其应用过程中面临的挑战,并对未来发展方向进行展望,旨在为提升食品品质安全检测水平提供理论支持和技术参考。With the continuous increase in people’s attention to food quality and safety,efficient and accurate detection technology has become the key to ensuring food safety.Fingerprint technology,with its unique advantages,can comprehensively and uniquely reflect the chemical composition information of food,demonstrating great potential for application in the field of food quality and safety testing.This article explores the principles,characteristics,and applications of fingerprint technology in food quality and safety testing,analyzes the challenges faced in its application process,and looks forward to future development directions,aiming to provide theoretical support and technical references for improving the level of food quality and safety testing.
