摘 要:近年来,越来越多的博士毕业生选择加入高校辅导员队伍,关于博士是否能够胜任辅导员职位,辅导员又是否需要博士学位等问题的争论在社会上此起彼伏。博士辅导员的职业化发展面临职业选择多元化、职业态度多样化、职业身份双重化的复杂环境,并遭遇着资源获取、身份认同和路径规划等层面的发展困境。要引导博士辅导员顺应职业要求,探索职业发展新方向,就必须把握高校辅导员队伍发展的大趋势,结合政策变化明确自身发展路径,放大博士群体优势锻炼职业能力,适应辅导员职业化发展新要求,回应博士辅导员职业化发展“路在何方”的问题。In recent years,an increasing number of doctoral graduates have chosen to join college advisor teams,sparking ongoing societal debates about whether PhD holders are qualified for advising roles and whether advisor positions require doctoral degrees.The professional development of doctoral advisors faces multifaceted challenges within a complex environment characterized by diverse career choices,varied professional attitudes,and dual professional identities.These practitioners also encounter developmental dilemmas in resource acquisition,identity formation,and career path planning.To guide doctoral advisors in adapting to occupational demands and exploring new career directions,the following approaches should be prioritized:aligning personal development trajectories with macro-trends in advisor team building and policy evolution;leveraging doctoral competencies to enhance professional skills;adapting to emerging requirements for advisor professional development.This framework ultimately addresses the core question of"where lies the path"for doctor al advisors'career development.
