摘　　要：以广东省8所开设护理专业的公办高职学校为例,对护理专业设置现状与本科层次职业教育设置要求进行对比分析。研究发现,高职院校护理专业普遍存在博士学位专任教师不足、产教融合不足、科研服务水平不高等突出问题。针对上述问题,提出以下发展建议:一是加强高层次人才的引进与培养;二是深化校企深度融合;三是创建健康技术创新平台。This study examines the current status of nursing program settings in 8 public higher vocational schools in Guangdong Province and compares them with the requirements for undergraduate-level vocational education.The research found that nursing programs in these institutions commonly face issues such as a lack of full-time teachers with doctoral degrees,low levels of scientific research services,and insufficient integration between industry and education.To address these issues,the study suggests several development strategies:1) strengthening the introduction and cultivation of high-level talent;2) deepening the integration between schools and enterprises;3) creating a health technology innovation platform.
