摘　　要：目的:分析全科住培带教老师对工作的满意度及其影响因素。方法:采用整群抽样法对黑龙江省18家国家全科住培基地的305名带教老师进行工作满意度调查分析。结果:全科住培带教老师对工作的满意度得分为(4.62±0.56)分,其中地域、职称和实际月收入情况对全科师资总体满意度有显著影响,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黑龙江省全科住培带教老师的工作满意度处于较高水平。相关部门在制定政策时应充分考虑全科师资的实际情况,加强其工作能力和工作幸福感,促进基层医疗卫生事业的高质量发展。Objective:To analyze the job satisfaction of general practice resident trainers and the influencing factors in Heilongjiang Province.Methods:A cluster sampling method was used to survey 305 trainers from 18 national general practice resident training bases in Heilongjiang Province.Results:The overall job satisfaction score of general practice trainers was 4.62±0.56.Factors such as region,professional title,and actual monthly income had a significant impact on satisfaction,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The job satisfaction of general practice resident trainers is relatively high in Heilongjiang Province.Relevant departments should consider the actual conditions of trainers when formulating policies to improve their work ability and job satisfaction,thus promoting the high-quality development of grassroots healthcare services.
