“乡建三杰”职业教育思想对服务乡村现代化的启示

摘　　要：我国具有百年乡村建设的历史底蕴。晏阳初、梁漱溟、卢作孚是民国时期乡村建设运动的重要代表,其职业教育思想服务乡村现代化既融汇了中西,又考虑了当时社会的客观情况,认为职业教育需要带动乡村的经济现代化、文化现代化、人才现代化和生态环境现代化。他们在各自的活动范围内进行了实践和探索,主张职业教育应凸显教育对象的主体地位、专业设置需符合实际需求、注重农民的精神道德建设、培养方式注重理论结合实际、职业教育要依靠业界联络。三位教育家的职业教育思想为我国职业教育助推乡村振兴具有启示意义,体现在:坚持人本理念,提升乡村民众的主体意识;注重实地调查,增强“供需”两侧的匹配度;推进乡风建设,铸牢乡村振兴之“魂”。China has a hundred years of rural construction history.Yan Yangchu,Liang Shuming and Lu Zuofu were important representatives of the rural construction movement in the Republic of China.Their thoughts of vocational education serving rural modernization not only integrated China and the West,but also considered the objective situation of the society at that time.They believed that vocational education needed to drive rural economic modernization,cultural modernization,talent modernization and ecological environment modernization.They carried out practice and exploration in their respective scope of activities,and concluded that vocational education should highlight the subject status of education objects,the professional setting should meet the actual needs,the spiritual and moral construction of farmers should be paid attention to,the training method should focus on combining theory with practice,and vocational education should rely on industry contacts.The three educators’thought of vocational education serving rural modernization has enlightenment significance for China’s vocational education to boost rural revitalization,which is reflected in adhering to the people-oriented concept,enhancing the main consciousness of rural people,paying attention to field investigations,enhancing the matching degree of both sides of“supply and demand”,promoting the construction of rural style,and firmly casting the“soul”of rural revitalization.
