摘 要:随着数字技术不断深入发展,以产业升级为导向、技术学习为核心的职业教育也亟待改革。在此背景之下,推动职业教育专业动态设置是培养高素质技术技能人才的重要手段。从人本主义角度出发,做好职业教育专业动态设置,有利于实现学生自身发展;从社会本位论的角度出发,有利于经济可持续发展和现代教育体系的构建。然而,职业教育专业设置仍然面临着主体数字化认知不足、产业人才供给需求错位、职业院校数字化资源匮乏等困境。为破解难题,需以政府、企业、学校为出发点,立足数字化转型需要,推动三方协同育人,在政策支持下提高多元主体数字化认知水平、对接市场需求、建立专业设置预警机制、完善数字化资源供给,为职业教育专业设置动态化、科学化提供可行方案。With the continuous development of digital technology, vocational education oriented by industrial development and centered on technical learning also needs to be reformed urgently. In this context, promoting the dynamic setting of majors in vocational education is an important means to cultivate high-quality skilled and technical talents. From the perspective of humanism, doing a good job in the dynamic setting of majors in vocational education is conducive to realizing the needs of students’ self-development. From the perspective of social standard, it is conducive to sustainable economic development and the construction of a modern education system. However, the setting of majors in vocational education is still facing the dilemmas of insufficient digital cognition of the main body, the misalignment of the supply and demand of industrial talents, and the lack of digital resources in vocational colleges. In order to solve the problems, taking the government, enterprises, and schools as the starting point, based on the needs of digital transformation, it is necessary to promote tripartite collaborative education, improve the digital cognitive level of multiple subjects with policy support, connect with market demand, establish an early warning mechanism for the setting of majors, and improve the supply of digital resources, so as to provide feasible solutions for the dynamic and scientific setting of majors in vocational education.
