摘 要:在扩招背景下,高职院校招生类型呈现多样化特点。多样化生源给一线任课教师带来了新的挑战,学生学习基础参差不齐、学习习惯差异较大,如何有效提高专业课程教学效果亟待研究。以汽车销售实务课程为例,采用“任务驱动+分层教学”模式,开展线上+线下混合式教学,采用任务驱动、能力训练的方法完成教学内容,有效地达成知识目标和技能目标,为汽车营销专业课程改革提供参考。Under the background of the policy of expanding enrollment,the enrollment types of higher vocational colleges and universities are diversified.Diversified sources of students have brought new challenges to front-line teachers.Students'learning foundation is uneven,and learning habits are different,so how to effectively improve the teaching effect of professional courses urgently need to be studied.Taking the course“Automobile Sales Practice”as an example,we adopt the teaching mode of task-driven and hierarchical teaching to carry out online and offline hybrid teaching,and complete the teaching content by adopting the method of task-driven and competence training.Then we achieve the knowledge and skill objectives effectively,which provides a reference for the reform of the automobile marketing professional course.
