摘　　要：The case report by Freires et al.[1],titled“Paraganglioma in the bladder wall:A case report,”presents a rare and intriguing instance of bladder paraganglioma,a type of extra-adrenal pheochromocytoma.This case highlights the importance of recognizing and appropriately managing these uncommon tumors,which can pose significant diagnostic and therapeutic challenges.
