摘　　要：随着网络餐饮行业的迅速发展,新乡市现有的食品安全监管体系存在数字化监管不到位、多主体权责不明确的突出问题。本文探讨了新乡市网络餐饮食品安全监管问题的成因,并提出完善地方法律和行业规范、加强网络餐饮平台协同治理、构建多主体协同监管体系以及完善数字化监管体系建设的建议和对策,以期为促进餐饮行业发展、完善网络餐饮食品安全监管体系提供参考。With the rapid development of the online catering industry,the existing food safety supervision system in Xinxiang city has prominent problems such as inadequate digital supervision and unclear responsibilities of multiple entities.This article explores the causes of food safety supervision issues in online catering in Xinxiang city,and proposes suggestions and countermeasures to improve local laws and industry norms,strengthen collaborative governance of online catering platforms,build a multi-party collaborative supervision system,and improve the construction of a digital supervision system,in order to provide reference for promoting the development of the catering industry and improving the online catering food safety supervision system.
