摘 要:当下,校园食品安全问题频发,其监管现状不容乐观,存在监管主体单一、监管手段落后、法律法规不完善等诸多问题。为提升监管效能,保障校园食品安全,本文聚焦多元共治视角,提出构建政府、学校、企业、社会公众协同监管体系以及实施“互联网+食品安全”监管模式、加大法律法规修订和执行力度、提升师生食品安全意识等对策。Currently,campus food safety issues occur frequently,and the supervision status is not optimistic,with many problems such as a single regulatory body,backward supervision means,and imperfect laws and regulations.In order to improve supervision efficiency and ensure campus food safety,this paper focuses on the perspective of multi-stakeholder co-governance,proposes countermeasures such as building a collaborative supervision system among the government,schools,enterprises and the public,implementing the“internet+food safety”supervision model,strengthening the revision and implementation of laws and regulations,and enhancing teachers and students’food safety awareness.
