微生物检测中常用液体培养基的保存期限试验研究

摘　　要：研究实验室4种常用选择性和鉴别液体培养基的保存条件及有效期。灭菌后的培养基用封分口膜密封,并分别于2~8℃和常温避光保存,在不同时间段(2~8℃保存条件下,分别在第15、30、45天和60天;常温保存条件下,分别在第1、3、5天和7天)通过接种目标菌和非目标菌来验证培养基的选择性和生长率情况。结果表明,所有试验时间段内,4种液体培养基的选择性和生长率均满足相关标准要求。2~8℃密封避光保存60 d的4种液体培养基可用;常温密封避光保存7 d的4种液体培养基可用。The storage conditions and expiration dates of four commonly used selective and discriminative liquid media in research laboratories.The sterilized medium was sealed with parafilm and stored at 2~8℃and room temperature in the dark,respectively.At different time periods(2~8℃,at 15,30,45 and 60 days,respectively;stored at room temperature at 1,3,5 and 7 days,respectively.),the selectivity and growth rate indexes of the medium were verified by inoculating target bacteria and non-target bacteria.The results showed that the selectivity and growth rate of the four liquid media met the requirements of the relevant standards in all test periods.Four kinds of liquid medium were available for 60 days at 2~8℃.Four kinds of liquid media were used for 7 days of sealed and dark storage at room temperature.
