摘 要:农产品供应链的质量安全控制是确保食品安全的关键。本文通过故障模式与影响分析(Failure Mode and Effects Analysis,FMEA)、危害分析与关键控制点(Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points,HACCP)等方法,识别出供应链中的质量安全关键点,包括生产、加工、运输、储存及销售等环节。针对这些关键点,提出优化策略,如全程监控、预防为主、协同合作、科技驱动、持续改进和消费者导向等原则,并结合技术创新、管理创新和政策建议,构建高效、安全、可持续的农产品供应链体系。研究结果有助于提升农产品质量安全水平,保障消费者权益,促进农业可持续发展。Quality and safety control of agricultural product supply chain is the key to ensuring food safety.Identify quality and safety critical points in the supply chain,including production,processing,transportation,storage,and sales,through methods such as failure mode and effects analysis(FMEA)and hazard analysis and critical control points(HACCP).Based on these key points,optimization strategies are proposed,such as full process monitoring,prevention oriented,collaborative cooperation,technology driven,continuous improvement,and consumer oriented principles.Combined with technological innovation,management innovation,and policy recommendations,an efficient,safe,and sustainable agricultural product supply chain system is constructed.The research results contribute to improving the quality and safety level of agricultural products,safeguarding consumer rights,and promoting sustainable agricultural development.
