摘　　要：本文从检测样本处理、检测技术选择、仪器维护、人员能力和检测环境控制等方面分析了影响食品农药残留检测结果准确性的因素,并提出了科学选取检测样本、选择合适的检测方法、定期维护更新仪器、提升人员能力及严格规范检测环境的提升措施,以期有效提高食品农药残留检测结果的准确性。This article analyzes the factors that affect the accuracy of food pesticide residue detection results from the aspects of sample processing,detection technology selection,instrument maintenance,personnel capability,and detection environment control.It proposes measures to scientifically select detection samples,select appropriate detection methods,regularly maintain and update instruments,enhance personnel capabilities,and strictly regulate the detection environment,in order to effectively improve the accuracy of food pesticide residue detection results.
