摘 要:本文分析了当前食品流通中存在的食品安全监管不足、物流与储存条件不合格、假冒伪劣食品流通以及食品追溯体系不完善等关键问题,提出从加强政府监管与行业自律、优化冷链物流设施、打击违法行为和完善食品追溯体系等方面着手,提升食品流通环节的整体安全性和透明度,推动行业健康可持续发展。This paper analyzes the key problems existing in the current food circulation,such as insufficient food safety supervision,unqualified logistics and storage conditions,fake and shoddy food circulation,and imperfect food traceability system,and proposes to strengthen government supervision and industry self-discipline,optimize cold chain logistics facilities,crack down on illegal behaviors and improve the food traceability system,etc.,to improve the overall safety and transparency of food circulation links and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the industry.
