综合素质培养下高校成人教育管理改革分析

摘　　要：在科教兴国战略背景下,高等教育逐渐大众化,使高校成人教育的生存发展陷入困境,为打破发展困境,促进成人教育的长效健康发展,需要采取行之有效的管理改革措施,将终身教育理念全面贯彻落实到成人教育中,通过对教学质量和效率的提升,强化学生核心素养,实现理想的教育目标。通过简要分析高校成人教育管理改革的必要性后,针对管理过程中存在的问题,提出一系列解决措施,其中涵盖建立健全管理机制、创新优化管理理念以及提高教师数字素养等,以期为相关人员提供参考和借鉴。Under the background of“science and education and rejuvenating the country”strategy,higher education gradually becomes popular,which puts the survival and development of adult education in trouble.To break the development dilemma and promote the long-term healthy development of adult education,effective management reform measures are needed and the lifelong education concept should be integrated into adult education,through the improvement of teaching quality and efficiency,we strengthen the students’core quality and realize the ideal education goal.This paper briefly analyzes the necessity of the management reform of adult education management in colleges and universities,and puts forward a series of solutions to the problems existing in the management process,including the establishment and improvement of management mechanism,innovation and optimization of management concept and the improvement of teachers’digital literacy,in order to provide reference for relevant personnel.
