摘  要:为提升英国教师气候变化教育胜任力,体现高校在气候变化教育领域的主动作为,英国伦敦大学学院气候变化与可持续发展教育中心于2023年7月启动面向在职教师的专项培训项目。该项目从培训目标、培训准备、课程体系、协同保障四个方面构建提升教师胜任力的基本样态,以面向未来营造“全学校”气候变化教育体系为目标,立足教师需求,深化教师对气候变化的理解,提升教师气候变化教学实践能力。该项目聚焦不确定的未来,以促进教师终身发展为教育理念,打造多学科多学段联动的课程体系;以开放性在线课程为教育形式,增强气候变化教育的多方合作,构建教学共同体,探索提升教师气候变化教育胜任力的专项培训模式。In order to enhance the competence of British teachers for climate change education and reflect the initiative of universities in the field,the UCL Centre for Climate Change and Sustainability Education(UCLCCCSE)has launched a special training program for in-service teachers.This project constructs a fundamental model for improving teacher competence in four aspects:training objectives,training preparation,curriculum system,and collaborative assurance.Aimed at creating a"whole-school"climate change education system for the future,the project is based on teachers'needs,deepens their understanding of climate change,and enhances their practical teaching abilities in climate change education.Focusing on an uncertain future,the project adopts the educational philosophy of promoting teachers'lifelong development,creating a multidisciplinary and multi-stage curriculum system.Utilizing open online courses as the educational format,the program enhances cooperation among diverse stakeholders in climate change education,constructs a teaching community,and explores a specialized training model for improving teachers'competence in climate change education.
