书院制下第一课堂和第二课堂融合育人研究

摘  要:随着中国高等教育的快速发展,综合改革成为各大高校的重要议题,书院制作为改革进程中突破学院制不足的一种重要举措初见成效。第二课堂发展为书院教育的主要途径,和第一课堂融合共同推进高等教育高质量发展。但书院制下第一课堂和第二课堂融合育人有很多议题有待深入探究,文章通过对大庆师范学院行知教育书院的实地考察与剖析,对书院制下第一课堂与第二课堂融合育人的现状进行分析,梳理其发展现状与特征,探析面临的问题与挑战,提出针对性的解决路径,并对未来发展进行了展望。With the rapid development of higher education in China,comprehensive reform has become an important topic for universities."Academy system"as an important measure to break through the shortcomings of the"college system"in the reform process has begun to show results.The second classroom has developed into the main way of academy system,and the integration of the first and second classrooms can jointly promote high-quality development of higher education.However,there are still many topics that need to be further explored under the academy system and the research analyzes the current situation of integrating the first and second classrooms in academy education through field investigation and analysis of Daqing Normal University's Xingzhi Academy of Education.It sorts out its current development status and characteristics,explores the problems and challenges it faces,proposes targeted solutions and looks forward to its future development.
