摘　　要：人才培养质量不仅是学校教育质量的核心要素,也是教育学重要的研究课题。学校培养的学生与社会需求脱节是造成近代以来中国人才培养质量不高的重要原因,并引发社会各界的诸多探讨。本研究回溯中国近代教育史,发现二十世纪二三十年代南开学校的社会视察课是应对这一问题的重要探索。研究发现,在情境学习理论的指导下,南开学校的社会视察课以“形真”和“情切”为主要抓手来提高人才培养质量。具体来讲,其“形真”即实地参观与教学内容相适应的场景或氛围,帮助学生通过具体的形象迅速而正确地理解教学内容,其“情切”即通过有目的创设或实地参观“有情之境”,激发学生的主观能动性,在现实世界中培养学生的情感、态度和价值观。社会视察课能很好连接“学”与“用”,进而提升人才培养质量。因此,社会视察课所蕴含的教育理念对于提升当下学校人才培养质量具有重要的借鉴意义。The quality of talent cultivation is not only a core element of school education quality,but also an important research topic in education.The disconnection between students trained by schools and social needs is an important reason for the low quality of talent training in China since modern times and it has triggered many discussions from all walks of life.This study traces back to the history of modern education in China and finds that the social inspection course of Nankai School in the 1920s and 1930s was an important exploration to deal with this problem.The research found that,under the guidance of the situational learning theory,the social inspection course of Nankai School mainly focuses on"real form"and"deep affection"to improve the quality of talent training.Specifically,its"real form"is to visit the scene or atmosphere which is suitable for the teaching content,to help students understand the teaching content quickly and correctly through specific images,"deep affection"means to stimulate students'subjective initiative and cultivate their emotion,attitude and values in the real world through purposeful creation or on-the-spot visit.The social inspection course can well connect"learning"with"using"and improve the quality of talent training.Therefore,the educational concept contained in the social inspection course is of great significance for promoting the quality of talent cultivation in schools.
