摘  要:目的:探讨基于建构主义学习理论联合MUSIC学习动机理论构建的叙事护理培训对临床护士的影响。方法:于2024年2~6月选取某市6所医院工作的80名护士为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组各40名,对照组接受常规分层次培训,实验组在对照组基础上接受基于建构主义学习理论联合MUSIC学习动机理论的叙事护理培训;比较两组干预前后心理弹性[采用心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)]、总体幸福感[采用总体幸福感量表(GWB)]、离职倾向[采用离职倾向量表(IQS)]。结果:干预后,实验组CD-RISC评分均高于干预前和对照组(P<0.01);干预后,实验组GWB、IQS评分均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:基于建构主义学习理论联合MUSIC学习动机理论的叙事护理培训对护士的心理弹性、主观幸福感具有正面影响,干预后护士离职倾向降低。Objective:To explore the effects of narrative nursing training program based on constructivism learning theory combined with MUSIC learning motivation theory on psychological resilience,subjective well-being and turnover intention of clinical nurses.Methods:From March to July 2024,80 nurses working in 6 hospitals in a city were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 40 in each group by random number table method.On the basis of routine hierarchical training in the control group,the nurses in the experimental group received narrative nursing training based on constructivism learning theory combined with MUSIC learning motivation theory.The mental resilience(CD-RISC),general well-being(GWB)and turnover intention(IQS)were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:After intervention,the score of CD-RISC of the experimental group was higher than that before intervention and the control group(P<0.01).The GWB and IQS scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group after intervention(P<0.01).Conclusion:Narrative nursing training based on the constructivist learning theory combined with MUSIC learning motivation theory has a positive effect on psychological resilience and subjective well-being of nurses,and the turnover intention of nurses is reduced after the intervention.
