教育强国建设视域下高职教育高质量发展思考

摘　　要：高职教育高质量发展是教育强国建设的迫切要求。在阐述教育强国的内涵与特征、高职教育高质量发展的价值意蕴基础上,针对高职教育高质量发展的困难和挑战,提出坚持党建引领、强化师资队伍、优化资源配置、推进产教融合、深化综合改革、优化学校治理的发展策略,从而实现以高效服务体现价值、以类型特色展示魅力、以发展成效彰显实力的发展目标。The high quality development of higher vocational education is an urgent requirement for the construction of a leading country in education.On the basis of elaborating the connotation and characteristics of a leading country in education and the value implications of high quality development of higher vocational education,this paper proposes development strategies that adhere to the guidance of Party building,strengthen the teaching staff,optimize resource allocation,promote the integration of industry and education,deepen comprehensive reform,and optimize school governance to address the difficulties and challenges of high quality development of higher vocational education,in order to achieve development goals that reflect value through efficient services,showcase charm through types and characteristics,and demonstrate strength through development achievements.
