摘  要:船舶企业对新入职员工的职业素养需求越来越高,其中PDCA循环管理已成为船舶行业从业者的必备职业素养。在分析船舶专业核心课程改革现状的基础上,提出基于APDCA循环的高职船舶类专业核心课程的改革方案。以船体智能加工与装配课程为例,通过提升教师能力、建设素质教材和丰富课程等手段,探索船舶专业核心课程改革方案,推进船舶职业教育不断适应船舶工业发展需要。The demand for professional ethics of new employees in shipbuilding enterprises is increasing,and PDCA cycle management has become an essential professional ethics for practitioners in the shipbuilding industry.On the basis of analyzing the current situation of the reform of core courses in ship majors,a reform plan for core courses in higher vocational ship majors based on APDCA cycle is proposed.Taking the course of intelligent processing and assembly of ship hulls as an example,this paper explores the reform plan of core courses in the field of shipbuilding through enhancing teacher capabilities,building quality textbooks,and enriching courses,in order to promote the continuous adaptation of ship vocational education to the development needs of the shipbuilding industry.
