摘 要:发展面向现场工程师的船舶专业本科层次职业教育,是适应船舶与海洋工程装备制造业转型升级的主动作为,也是推动职业教育高质量发展的关键环节。在分析船舶职业本科的定位及人才培养目标基础上,结合船舶行业现场工程师能力要求,提出坚持需求导向,校企联合培养、优化课程体系、加强师资队伍建设等举措,探索面向现场工程师的船舶专业职业本科人才培养路径,以期为社会输送更多高素质、高技能的应用型人才。Developing undergraduate vocational education for on-site engineers in the field of shipbuilding is an active initiative to adapt to the transformation and upgrading of the ship and marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry,and is also a key link in promoting the high-quality development of vocational education.Based on the analysis of the positioning and talent cultivation goals of vocational undergraduate education in shipbuilding,combined with the requirements of on-site engineers capabilities in the shipbuilding industry,measures such as adhering to demand-oriented,school enterprise joint training,optimizing the curriculum system,and strengthening the construction of teaching staff are proposed to explore the talent cultivation path of undergraduate vocational education in shipbuilding for on-site engineers,in order to provide more high-quality and high skilled applied talents for society.
