摘　　要：以五金为抓手,围绕“金专业、金课程、金教材、金师资、金基地”构建高质量临床药师培养体系对于提升临床药师岗位胜任力至关重要,本文从明确专业定位、优化课程结构、深化教材建设、加强师资队伍培养以及规划实训基地建设这五个方面探讨如何深入推进临床药师“五金”培养体系建设这项重点工作,为临床药师高质量培养体系建设提供参考。Starting with"five gold"as a foundation,it is essential to develop a high-quality clinical phar-macist training system centered around"gold majors,gold courses,gold teaching materials,gold teachers,and gold bases"to enhance the post competency of clinical pharmacists.This article aims to clarify professional posi-tioning and optimize course structure,deepen the development of teaching materials,strengthen the training of teaching staff,and plan the establishment of practical training bases.It discusses strategies to further advance the critical task of constructing a"five gold"training system for clinical pharmacists,with the goal of providing a valuable reference for developing a high-quality training system in this field.
