摘  要:啦啦操作为一项集娱乐性、竞技性和团队协作于一体的体育活动,在高职院校中日益受到重视。针对当前课程内容单一、教学方法传统、评价体系不健全等问题,该文深入探讨了高职院校啦啦操教学模式的现状及改革的迫切性,并提出了以学生为中心的课程优化与教学模式创新策略。具体而言,通过引入项目化教学、线上线下融合的教学模式、多样化的教学手段以及科学的评价体系,旨在促进学生综合素质的全面提升。实践表明,改革后的教学模式有效激发了学生的学习兴趣,提升了其技能水平,并显著增强了团队合作能力、自主学习能力与创新思维。展望未来,啦啦操教学改革将朝着多元化、个性化和智能化的方向迈进,以更好地契合高职教育对学生全面发展的需求。Cheerleading is a sport activity that combines entertainment,competition and teamwork,which has gradually been valued in higher vocational colleges.In view of the current problems of single course content,traditional teaching method and imperfect evaluation system,this paper deeply explores the current situation and urgent need for reform of Cheerleading teaching mode in vocational colleges,and puts forward the student-centered curriculum optimization and teaching mode innovation strategy.Specifically,through the introduction of project-based teaching,online and offline teaching mode,diversified teaching methods and scientific evaluation system,aiming to promote the overall improvement of students'comprehensive quality.Practice has shown that the reformed teaching mode has effectively stimulated the students'learning interest and improved their skill level,and significantly enhanced the ability of teamwork,independent learning and innovation.Looking ahead to the future,the teaching reform of Cheerleading will develop towards diversified,personalized and intelligent directions,so as to better meet the comprehensive development requirements of vocational education for students.
