摘  要:基于TC264单片机,旨在开发一款多功能送货工业智能巡检机器人,以提高送货工业安全管理的可靠性及高效性。该机器人将采用TC264作为主控制芯片,利用智能循迹程序模块以及PID算法在既定线路巡检,从而实现对送货工业的安全管理。机器人将通过图像处理算法进行道路元素识别,配合舵机、双驱以及编码器实现循迹过程,并通过图像识别技术实现对送货工业开展巡视工作。该机器人设计兼具可靠性与稳定性,能够适应不同复杂路况以及环境状况,并且有一定的避障能力。该机器人具有较好的实用推广价值,能够为送货工业的巡检提供更加高效、安全的可实施方案。Based on TC264 microcontroller,we aim to develop a multifunctional delivery industry intelligent inspection robot to improve the reliability and efficiency of delivery industry safety management.The robot will adopt TC264 as the main control chip and use the intelligent trajectory program module as well as the PID algorithm to inspect at the established routes so as to realize the safety management of delivery industry.The robot will use image processing algorithms to recognize road elements,work with servos,dual drives and encoders to realize the trajectory process,and carry out inspections of the delivery industry through image recognition technology.The robot is designed to be both reliable and stable,able to adapt to different complex road and environmental conditions,and has a certain degree of obstacle avoidance ability.The robot has good practical popularization value,and can provide a more efficient and safer implementation program for the inspection of delivery industry.
