摘  要:目的:探讨山东省中小学教师共情疲劳、健康促进生活方式对心理健康状况的影响,为进一步改善中小学教师心理健康状况提供参考。方法:于2023年8-9月,采用职业生活质量量表、健康促进生活方式量表、心理健康问卷对山东省1022名中小学教师进行问卷调查。采用相关分析、分层回归、简单斜率分析检验共情疲劳与心理健康状况间的关系以及健康促进生活方式在两者之间的作用机制。结果:共情疲劳的共情满意(β=-0.609)、二次创伤(β=0.367)和倦怠(β=0.694)3个维度均能显著影响山东省中小学教师的心理健康状况。二次创伤(β=-0.056)和倦怠(β=-0.045)维度与健康促进生活方式交互项对中小学教师的心理健康状况产生显著影响。结论:山东省中小学教师共情疲劳影响其心理健康状况,健康促进生活方式能缓解共情疲劳中二次创伤和倦怠维度对心理健康状况造成的负面影响。Objective:To explore the impact of compassion fatigue and health-promoting lifestyle on the mental health status of primary and middle school teachers in Shandong province,so as to provide references for further improving the mental health status of primary and middle school teachers.Methods:From August to September 2023,a questionnaire survey of 1022 primary and middle school teachers in Shandong province was conducted using the occupational quality of life scale,the health-promoting lifestyle profile,and the general health questionnaire.Correlation analysis,stratified regression and simple slope analysis were used to examine the relationship between compassion fatigue and mental health status,and test the mechanism of health-promoting lifestyle between them.Results:The three dimensions of compassion fatigue including compassion satisfaction(β=-0.609),secondary trauma(β=0.367),and burnout(β=0.694)significantly affected the mental health status of primary and middle school teachers in Shandong province.The interaction terms of secondary trauma(β=-0.056)and burnout(β=-0.045)with health-promoting lifestyle had significant effects on primary and middle school teachers'mental health status.Conclusion:The compassion fatigue of primary and middle school teachers in Shandong province affects their mental health status,and health-promoting lifestyles mitigate the negative effects of burnout and secondary trauma in compassion fatigue on mental health status.
