摘　　要：量大面广的中小企业是稳定经济的重要基础,也是扩大社会就业的重要力量。对1244名广西高职院校学生到中小企业就业的意愿问卷调研结果显示,高职院校学生到中小企业就业面临着就业意向不高、职业规划不清晰、职业技能不适应社会市场发展需求、求职信息渠道不顺畅等问题,高职院校应引导学生合理进行职业生涯规划,优化就业指导工作,深化产教融合,提升学生的专业能力及综合素质,畅通就业信息渠道,提升就业覆盖面及匹配度等,以促进学生就业工作高质量发展。The large number and wide range of small and medium-sized enterprises are the important basis for stabilizing the economy,and the important force for expanding social employment.Based on the questionnaire survey results of 1244 students from Guangxi higher vocational colleges on their willingness to work in small and medium-sized enterprises,the study analyzes the problems that students from higher vocational colleges face in small and medium-sized enterprises:low employment intention,unclear career planning,unsuitable vocational skills to meet the needs of social market development,and poor job search information channels,etc.Vocational colleges should guide students to make reasonable career planning,optimize employment guidance,deepen the integration of production and education,improve students’professional ability and comprehensive quality,smooth employment information channels,improve employment coverage and matching degree,etc.,so as to promote the high-quality development of students’employment.
