射阳县医疗保险基金县外流向现状及建议

摘　　要：运用调研法、数据分析法,对射阳县2023年1~8月医保基金外流数量、地区、病种进行分析,发现射阳县存在医保基金县外流动的情况,为此应加大对外诊外资病人进行专项分析,优化医疗资源,加快推进紧密型医共体建设,以保障医保基金运行安全,减少医保基金外流。The study analyzes the outflow of medical insurance funds,regions and diseases in Sheyang County from January to August 2023 through investigation and data analysis.It is found that medical insurance funds flow outside the county in Sheyang County.So it is necessary to increase the special analysis of foreign patients,optimize medical resources,and accelerate the construction of tight medical community,so as to ensure the safety of medical insurance fund operation and reduce the outflow of medical insurance fund.
