马家柚柚花和成熟果不饱和脂肪酸的气相色谱/质谱联用仪(GC/MS)分析

摘　　要：马家柚[Citrus maxima(L.)Osbeck'Majiayou']是江西省上饶市广丰区的国家地理标志保护农产品,营养足,口感佳,品质优,产量高,抗性强,疗效好,药食兼优,深受广大果农和消费者的喜爱。采用气相色谱/质谱联用仪(gas chromatography/mass spectrometry,GC-MS)对马家柚柚花和成熟柚果(柚籽、柚皮和柚肉)的不饱和脂肪酸种类进行检测和分析。结果表明:马家柚成熟柚果具有两种形式的不饱和脂肪酸,即单不饱和脂肪酸(ω-7和ω-9)和含有3个双键的多不饱和脂肪酸(ω-3);马家柚的不饱和脂肪酸主要分布在其柚籽中,少量分布在其柚皮内,而在其柚花和柚肉里未检测到不饱和脂肪酸。研究结果揭示了马家柚花和成熟柚果的不饱和脂肪酸种类,可为马家柚副产物的深加工和综合利用提供理论依据。Citrus maxima(L.)Osbeck‘Majiayou'is a national geographical indication protected agricultural product in Guangfeng District,Shangrao City,Jiangxi Province.It,with sufficient nutrition,good taste,excellent quality,high yield,strong resistance,good therapeutic effect,and excellent medicinal and edible properties,is deeply loved by fruit farmers and consumers.The types of unsaturated fatty acids in the flowers and ripe fruits(pomelo seed,pomelo peel and pomelo meat)of Citrus maxima(L.)Osbeck‘Majiayou'were detected and analyzed using gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The results showed that the ripe fruits of Citrus maxima(L.)Osbeck‘Majiayou'had two forms of unsaturated fatty acids,namely monounsaturated fatty acids(ω-7 andω-9)and polyunsaturated fatty acids containing three double bonds(ω-3);Unsaturated fatty acids were mainly distributed in the seeds of Citrus maxima(L.)Osbeck‘Majiayou',with a small amount distributed in its seed coats.Unsaturated fatty acids were not detected in its flowers and flesh.The research results revealed the types of unsaturated fatty acids in the ripe fruits of itrus maxima(L.)Osbeck‘Majiayou',which can provide theoretical basis for the deep processing and comprehensive utilization of by-products of Citrus maxima(L.)Osbeck‘Majiayou'.
