摘　　要：介绍成功组建新疆大学地理科学实验教学示范中心的经验。从实验教学中心建设的理念、培养大学生的创新能力、实验教学管理体制改革、教学技术专业和师资队伍结构的建设、实验教学资源重组优化配置、新课程调整构建、管理方法、管理规章制度、实验室运行方法、课程设置、课程利用规划、课程分配、本科生科研实践、实验室利用、实践教学资源、仪器设备管理、经济效益、绩效考核制度、重组优化实验、制定合理的发展规划等方面探索了实验教学示范中心创建的理论方法与实践经验。This paper introduces the successful establishment of the Geographic Science Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center at Xinjiang University.It covers various aspects of the center’s construction,including the concept of experimental teaching center construction,the cultivation of college students’innovative ability,the reform of the experimental teaching management system,the construction of teaching technology majors and the teaching staff structure,the reorganization and optimal allocation of experimental teaching resources,the adjustment and construction of new courses,management methods,rules and regulations,laboratory operation methods,curriculum settings,course utilization planning,course allocation,undergraduate scientific research practice,laboratory utilization,practical teaching resources,instrument and equipment management,economic benefits,performance appraisal system,reorganization and optimization of experiments,and formulation of reasonable development plans.The paper explores both theoretical methods and practical experience in establishing the Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center.
