摘　　要：引入胜任力的概念及理论到高校思政教师的素质技能研究中,打破传统意义上唯学历与科研的评价体系,对强化教师素质技能提升具有重要意义。新时代,高校思政教师不仅需要具备丰富的专业理论知识、良好的教育教学技能,还需要具备较高的政治素质、全面提升教育教学能力等,以达到岗位所需的胜任力,这样才能有效彰显思政课的魅力,确保思政课的教学目标和教学效果达成,触及青年大学生的心灵,启迪其思想,使其树立正确“三观”,铸就新时代所需的社会主义建设新人,有力推进中国式现代化建设进程。It is of great significance to introduce the concept and theory of competency into the research on the quality and skills of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities,break the traditional evaluation system of only academic qualifications and scientific research,and strengthen the improvement of teachers’quality and skills.In the new era,ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities not only need rich professional theoretical knowledge and good education and teaching skills,but also need to have high political quality and the ability to comprehensively improve the educating and teaching,so as to achieve the competency required by the post,effectively highlight the charm of ideological and political courses,effectively ensure the teaching objectives and teaching effects of ideological and political courses,touch the hearts and minds of young college students,inspire their thoughts,instill correct“three views”,and nurture new socialist construction talents needed in the new era,thus powerfully advancing the process of China-style modernization.
