摘  要:针对职业教育在培养路桥相关专业技术人才实训教学中的不足,以及在智慧工地与管控方面的技术技能培养存在的软件、硬件上的缺失,提出了校企共建路桥智慧工地与管控虚拟仿真实训平台的思路,主要建设内容可以概括为“1+2+6+3”:一个智慧管控教学实训馆,仿真教学、仿真实训两个中心,道路、桥梁、隧道、航道、安全、环保六大管控场景,形成对实训方式、实训项目、实训设备三大升级。为培育高素质路桥技能型人才和劳动者,拓宽其就业渠道,提升其技能水平和综合素质提供了条件。In view of the shortcomings of vocational education in training road and bridge-related professional technical personnel in practical training teaching,as well as the shortcomings in hardware and software in technical skills training in smart construction site and control,this paper puts forward the idea of virtual simulation practical training platform for building smart construction site and control of road and bridge by schools and enterprises.The main construction content can be summarized as“1+2+6+3”:a smart control teaching and training hall,including two centers of simulation teaching and simulation training,six control scenarios of road,bridge,tunnel,waterway,security and environmental protection,forming three major upgrading of training methods,training projects,and training equipment.It provides conditions for cultivating high-quality road and bridge skilled talents and laborers,strengthening the employment competitiveness of road and bridge professional and technical talents,and improving their skill level and comprehensive quality.
