摘  要:随着互联网的发展,混合式教学成为一种基于网络化教学的新型教学模式,混合式教学结合了传统教学与网络教学的优势。针对军事职业教育院校军士职业技术教育学员开设的“工程力学”课程教学中存在的教学痛点问题,分析了开展混合式教学改革的必要性,并从教学资源、教学平台、教学设计、教学实施、考核评价五个方面进行了探索与实践。线上以基础理论为主,线下进行重点、难点突破,形成岗位任职能力。通过设计促进高阶思维发展的情景任务,将“自主探究、协作学习、数字化工具及资源”相结合,实行“教—学—做”一体化设计,构建了促进学生深度学习的混合教学模式。With the development of the internet,blended teaching has become a new teaching model based on networked teaching.Blended teaching combines the advantages of traditional teaching and online teaching.In response to the teaching pain points in Engineering Mechanics courses for military cadets in military vocational education colleges,this paper analyzes the necessity of carrying out blended teaching reform,explores and practices from five aspects of teaching resources,teaching platforms,teaching design,teaching implementation,and assessment and evaluation.Online teaching focuses on basic theories,while offline teaching breaks through key and difficult points to form job competency.By designing situational tasks a blended teaching model is constructed to promote the development of higher-order thinking,combine independent exploration,collaborative learning,digital tools and resources,and implement integrated design of“teaching-learning-doing”.
