改善风湿科住院医师规范化培训教学的探索——基于SPOC模式的CBL教学法的应用

摘  要:探讨基于小规模限制性在线课程(SPOC)模式的案例教学法(CBL)在风湿免疫科住院医师规范化培训中的教学效果。选取2023年1—6月在西安交通大学第一附属医院风湿免疫科进行规范化培训的住院医师62名,采用随机数表法分为传统教学组和SPOC+CBL教学组;带教2个月后比较两组规培医师的出科理论考试成绩、操作考试成绩及临床综合能力。两组规培医师出科时理论及操作考核成绩无明显差异,SPOC+CBL教学组在临床综合能力考核中的病情分析及疾病治疗成绩均明显高于传统教学组(p<0.01)。基于SPOC模式的CBL教学法在风湿科住院医师规范化培训教学中,可提高住院医师的综合临床实践能力。To assess the effect of Case-based learning(CBL)based on small private online course(SPOC)in standardized training of resident doctors in the department of rheumatology and immunology,a total of 62 resident doctors receiving standardized training were enrolled from the department of rheumatology and immunology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University from January 2023 to June 2023,and divided into two groups of traditional teaching group and SPOC+CBL teaching group by random number table method.After 2 months of standardized training,the scores were compared between two groups in the theoretical examination scores,operational examination scores and clinical comprehensive ability.There is no difference between the two groups in the theoretical and operational test scores.The SPOC+CBL teaching group had higher scores of clinical comprehensive abilities assessment in disease analysis and disease treatment compared with the traditional teaching group(all p<0.01).The SPOC+CBL teaching in the standardized training for resident doctors can improve the clinical practical ability in the department of rheumatology and immunology.
