面向新质生产力的安全类专业人才培养模式研究

摘　　要：为了适应新时期新质生产力发展的需要,改变长期以来安全滞后于科技发展的被动局面和创建安全类国家一流本科专业,提出面向新质生产力建设安全类本科专业的新思想,采用经验法、逻辑思辨法、层次分析法、比较法等,阐述新质生产力发展与新质安全类人才培养能够相辅和共赢,构建了一个面向新质生产力的安全类人才培养“446321”模式,该模式由4种要素、4条途径、6项要求、3项保障、2个循环和1个结果组成,并对其构成的各项内容进行详细诠释。研究结果表明:本文探讨的安全类人才培养“446321”模式具有可行性、先进性和科学性,适合作为拥有优质资源的少数高水平大学的新质安全类人才培养尝试,也可供更多高校的新工科专业人才培养教学改革参考。In order to meet the needs of the development of new quality productivity in the new period and change the passive situation that safety lags behind the development of science and technology for a long time and create a national first-class undergraduate major of security,a new idea for safety oriented undergraduate majors in the construction of new quality productivity has been proposed,a“446321”model for cultivating safety talents oriented towards new quality productivity has been constructed by using empirical methods,logical reasoning methods,analytic hierarchy process,and comparative methods.This model consists of four elements,four pathways,six requirements,three safeguards,two cycles,and one outcome,and provides a detailed explanation of each component.The research results show that the“446321”model of training new quality safety talents discussed in this paper is feasible,progressiveness and scientific,which is suitable for the training of new quality safety talents in a few high-level universities with high-quality resources,and can also serve as a reference for the teaching reform of training new engineering talents in more universities.
