摘 要:目的:提升农村居民的数字素养,有助于其全面共享数字时代所带来的红利,提高其所拥有的社会资本和收入水平,从而推动膳食多样提高以及增进民生福祉。方法:以2021年中国土地经济调查的1 742份微观数据为基础,构建涵盖数字技术可及性与适应性的数字素养指标体系,分别从丰富度、均匀度以及离散度三个维度,对数字素养之于农村居民膳食多样性的影响及其作用机制展开实证分析。结果:数字素养能够显著提高农村居民膳食多样性,具体表现为降低谷薯类消费,同时增加水果、肉类、水产品以及奶制品的消费。数字素养主要是通过促进农村居民兼业和增加家庭社会资本实现膳食多样性的提高。并且,数字素养对于低收入家庭、欠发达地区农村居民膳食多样性的提高具有更为显著的作用。结论:提升数字素养是改善农村居民膳食多样性的有效途径,对保障营养健康和食物安全具有重要意义。【Objective】Enhancing digital literacy among rural residents enables them to fully benefit from the dividends of the digital era,increasing their social capital and income levels,thereby promoting dietary diversity and improving well-being.【Method】Based on 1742 microdata samples from the 2021 Chinese Land Economy Survey,a digital literacy index system encompassing digital technology accessibility and adaptability is constructed.The impact of digital literacy on rural residents'dietary diversity and its mechanism are empirically analyzed from the perspectives of richness,evenness,and dispersion.【Result】Digital literacy significantly improves the dietary diversity of rural residents,manifested by a decrease in cereal and tuber consumption and an increase in fruit,meat,aquatic products,and dairy consumption.Digital literacy primarily achieves this by promoting rural residents'engagement in multiple occupations and increasing their family social capital.Moreover,digital literacy has a more significant effect on improving dietary diversity for low-income households and residents in less developed rural areas.【Conclusion】Enhancing digital literacy is an effective approach to improving rural residents'dietary diversity,which is crucial for ensuring nutritional health and food security.
