摘  要:为快速推进高速磁浮交通系统研发进程,节约研发成本,研制包含悬浮和导向控制器的磁浮交通车线桥耦合动力学半实物仿真测试平台。平台由上位机、实时仿真平台(下位机)、接口箱、悬浮和导向控制器组成。上位机利用SIMPACK和Matlab/Simulink软件分别建立磁浮车辆动力学、电磁悬浮导向、轨道梁动力学和轨道不平顺等模型,将数值模型导入下位机在环仿真,由管理软件监控仿真状态并记录数据。利用平台开展车辆起浮、直线加速运行、单点悬浮故障以及过平面曲线工况的动力学测试仿真。仿真结果表明,数值模型合理,仿真方法合适,可用于600 km/h高速磁浮交通系统优化设计及性能评估。To expedite high-speed maglev transportation system research and development and reduce R&D costs,a semi-physical simulation testing platform for maglev vehicle-track-bridge coupled dynamics,including physical suspension and guidance controllers,has been developed.The platform consists of an upper computer,a real-time simulation platform(lower computer),an interface box,and suspension and guidance controllers.The upper computer employs SIMPACK and MATLAB/Simulink software to establish models for maglev vehicle dynamics,electromagnetic suspension/guidance,beam dynamics,and track irregularity,respectively.The numerical model is transferred to the lower computer for hardware-in-the-loop simulation.Monitoring the simulation status and recording data are performed using simulation management software.The platform conducted dynamic simulation tests on lifting,linear acceleration operation,single-point suspension faults,and navigating planar curves.Simulation results were accurate and reliable,indicating the validity of the established numerical model and the suitability of the real-time simulation method.It can be utilized for optimizing the design and evaluating the performance of 600 km/h high-speed maglev transportation systems.
