摘 要:国家级实验教学示范中心的可持续发展对提高实验教学水平,加强学生实践能力和创新能力的培养具有重要意义。为了推进示范中心可持续发展,不断提升实验教学育人实效,基于扎根理论,对收集到的29份经管类国家级实验教学示范中心阶段性总结报告(2018~2022年)进行开放式编码、主轴编码和选择性编码,提炼出管理与运行机制、实验教学与人才培养、实验教学改革与研究、实验教学团队建设、实验教学条件保障、实验教学成果建设、示范引领成效等7个主范畴,构建了结构层、内容层、投入层、产出层四位一体的国家级实验教学示范中心可持续发展理论模型。最后从中心定位、资源配置、技术赋能等方面给出了示范中心未来建设发展的建议。The sustainable development of national experimental teaching demonstration centers is of great significance for improving the level of experimental teaching,strengthening the cultivation of students’practical and innovative capabilities.In order to promote the sustainable development of the demonstration center and continuously improve the effectiveness of experimental education,this article conducts open-coding,axial coding and selective coding on the periodic summary reports(2018-2022)of the 29 national experimental teaching demonstration centers of economics and management based on the grounded theory.Seven main categories are extracted,i.e.,management and operation mechanism,experimental teaching and talent cultivation,experimental teaching reform and research,experimental teaching team building,experimental teaching condition guarantee,experimental teaching achievement construction,and demonstration leading effect.A sustainable development theoretical model for national experimental teaching demonstration centers is constructed,which has structure layer,content layer,input layer,and output layer.Finally,suggestions for the future construction and development of the demonstration centers are provided from the aspects of center positioning,resource allocation,and technological empowerment.
