摘  要:高等教育办学质量和水平是展现一个国家自主创新能力的重要指标,推动高等教育高质量发展是教育强国建设的重要任务。解决“重量轻质”的问题,推动高等教育向“量质齐升”的内涵式发展转型,势在必行。通过文献归纳,对实验室管理内涵式发展的必要性进行分析;基于“以学生为中心、成果为导向”的成果导向教育理念,探讨实验室文化内涵系统化建设的涵盖要素;分析实验室信息化管理的必要性,阐述实验室信息化平台建设的架构,提出数字化教学平台建设的方式;构建“产学研用”多元化深度融合协同育人实践平台,促进实验室管理内涵式发展,形成多学科交叉融合的仪器类专业特色实践体系,最终赋能学生实践创新能力,全面提升人才培养质量。The quality and level of higher education are important indicators of a country’s independent innovation capability,and promoting high-quality development of higher education is a significant task in building a powerful education nation.It is imperative to address the issue of“quantity over quality”and promote the transformation of higher education to a connotative development of“both quantity and quality”.Through literature induction,this paper analyzes the necessity of connotative development of laboratory management,and based on the outcome-based education(OBE)philosophy that is“student-centered and outcome-oriented”explores the essential elements of systematically constructing laboratory culture,analyzes the necessity of laboratory information management,elaborates on the overall architecture of laboratory information platform construction,proposes methods for constructing digital teaching platforms,constructs a“industry-academia-research-practice”diversified deep integration collaborative education practice platform,promotes the connotative development of laboratory management,forms a multi-disciplinary integrated instrument specialty practice system,and ultimately empowers students with enhanced practical innovation capabilities,comprehensively improving the quality of talent cultivation.
