摘  要:我国部分高校实验技术队伍建设依然相对比较滞后,目前还不能很好地满足创新型人才培养的要求。针对该问题,通过分析现有实验技术队伍建设和管理中存在的问题以及创新型人才培养对实验技术人员的新要求,提出将实验技术岗位细化为验证性实验、探索创新实验、大型仪器管理和功能开发3类,根据岗位类别优化实验技术人员队伍结构、建立实验技术人员培养机制和考核评价机制,以充分调动实验技术人员的工作积极性,开发更多优秀的探索创新实验项目,强化学生创新能力,助力创新型人才培养。Cultivating innovative talents creates new requirements for the experimental technician team in universities.However,the experimental technician team in some universities cannot meet the requirements for cultivating innovative talents.Herein,the shortcomings of the construction and management of experimental technicians in universities are analyzed.According to the requirements of cultivating innovative talents for experimental technicians,the experimental technology positions are divided into three categories,i.e.,reproducible experimental technicians,exploratory and innovative experimental technicians,and large-scale instrument management and function development technicians.According to the characteristics of each type of position,it is necessary to optimize the team structure of experimental technicians,and formulate a training mechanism and an assessment and evaluation mechanism for experimental technicians,which fully mobilizes the work enthusiasm of all experimental technicians.This can help develop more excellent exploratory and innovative experimental projects,strength students’innovative capabilities,thus support the cultivation of innovative talents.
