摘  要:高校实验室是科技创新与实验教学的重要场所,在“双一流”建设中发挥着重要作用,然而近年来实验室安全事故频发。基于CiteSpace软件对2021~2024年实验室安全领域研究论文进行分析,提炼出“安全管理”是研究热点。以江西省X重点实验室为例,在中医整体观指导下,引入物理―事理―人理(WSR)方法论,运用“全标准化、全过程化、全制度化、全时间化、全分级化、全职能化”(“6全”)的实验室安全管理模式。针对实验室安全管理不足,从物理、事理、人理3个维度,实施安全培训深化、制度建设完善、设备管理规范及布局调整等整改措施。实践表明,该模式有效降低了实验室安全风险,为高校实验室安全管理提供了实践范式。The high school laboratory is an important place for scientific innovation and experimental teaching.It plays a crucial role in the construction of“Double First-Class”universities.However,in recent years,there have been frequent laboratory safety accidents.The article analyzes research papers in the field of laboratory safety from 2021 to 2024 using CiteSpace software,and identifies“safety management”as a research hotspot.Taking a key laboratory in Jiangxi Province as an example,it is guided by the holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine.,guided by the holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine,the“physical-procedural-personnel”(WSR)methodology is introduced to propose a“comprehensive standardization,process-oriented,institutionalized,continuous,hierarchical,and functional”(“6-All”management concept)laboratory safety management model.Regarding insufficient laboratory safety management,corrective measures have been implemented in terms of safety training,system improvement,equipment management standardization,and layout adjustments from three dimensions:physical,procedural,and personnel.Practical experience has shown that this approach effectively reduces laboratory safety risks and provides a practical paradigm for university laboratory safety management.
