多元协同背景下职业院校教学资源共享平台建设路径探析

摘  要:职校教学资源共享平台建设具有提高育人质量、深化产教融合等意义,但也存在顶层设计缺失、校际协作共享意识不足、企业参与不足、资源质量不高等问题。针对这些问题,本文提出政、校、企多元协同职校教学资源共享平台的建设框架,包括专业教学资源库、就业模块、行业前沿技术工艺拓展模块等。从强化政策保障和监督、建立教平台建设标准、丰富平台资源建设、提升教师信息化能力和推动资源与信息共享等方面提出建设路径。The development of teaching resource sharing platforms in vocational colleges is crucial for enhancing educational quality and deepening the integration of industry and education.However,current platforms face challenges such as the absence of top-level design,insufficient awareness of inter-collegiate collaboration,inadequate enterprise participation,and substandard resource quality.To address these issues,this paper proposes a construction framework for teaching resource sharing platforms in vocational colleges through multi-stakeholder collaboration among government,schools,and enterprises.The framework includes a professional teaching resource repository,an employment module,and an extension module for cutting-edge industry technologies and processes.This paper further outlines construction pathways,including strengthening policy support and supervision,establishing standards for platform construction,enriching platform resources,enhancing teachers'information technology capabilities,and promoting resource and information sharing.
