摘　　要：目的:研究睡眠干预联合亲情支持对青少年抑郁症患者睡眠质量及情绪调节的影响。方法:选取2023年2月至2024年6月泉州市第三医院收治的患有抑郁症的青少年患者102例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组51例。对照组常规护理,观察组结合睡眠干预联合亲情支持,护理干预前后,比较2组负性情绪、自我效能,并比较睡眠质量。结果:护理前,2组各项评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,观察组负性情绪评分低于对照组,自我效能评分高于对照组,睡眠质量评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:睡眠干预联合亲情支持在青少年抑郁症患者护理中有积极作用,可促进其情绪调节,提高自我效能与睡眠质量。Objective:To study the effect of sleep intervention combined with family support on sleep quality and emotional regulation in adolescent depression patients.Methods:A total of 102 adolescent patients with depression treated at Quanzhou Third Hospital from February 2023 to June 2024 were selected as research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 51 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received a combination of sleep intervention and family support.The negative emotions,self-efficacy,and sleep quality of the two groups were compared before and after the nursing intervention.Results:Before the intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in the scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the observation group had significantly lower negative emotion scores,higher self-efficacy scores,and better sleep quality scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sleep intervention combined with family support has a positive effect on the nursing of adolescent depression patients.It can promote emotional regulation,improve self-efficacy,and enhance sleep quality.
