摘　　要：产学研协同创新是高职院校、企业与科研机构推进技术进步与成果转化的重要机制,对提高高职院校的产业服务能力和社会适应能力至关重要。我国高职院校已经初步形成了产学研协同创新体系,但仍存在组织目标不明确、合作领域狭窄、运行机制不畅等问题。究其原因,主要在于协同各方未能细化区分目标,合作仍处于初级阶段,缺乏有效的利益共享和风险分担机制。针对这些问题,提出了完善政策支持与合作机制、明确主体定位、丰富实施载体形式、发挥优势与“双高建设”相结合、突出地方特色等系统性对策。这些措施有助于推动高职院校深化产教融合,提升人才培养质量,增强服务区域经济发展能力。Industry-school-research collaborative innovation is an important mechanism for vocational colleges and universities,enterprises and scientific research institutions to promote technological progress and achievement transformation,while it is crucial to improve the industrial service ability and social adaptability of vocational colleges and universities.China's vocational colleges and universities have initially formed a collaborative innovation system of production,school and research,but there are still some problems such as unclear organizational goals,narrow cooperation areas and poor operating mechanism.The main reason is that the parties have failed to specify the target of differentiation,the cooperation is still in the initial stage,and there is a lack of effective benefit sharing and risk sharing mechanism.In response to these problems,systematic countermeasures such as improving policy support and cooperation mechanism,clarifying main body positioning,enriching implementation carrier forms,combining advantages with“Double-High Construction”and highlighting local characteristics are put forward.These measures are helpful to promote vocational colleges to deepen the integration of production and education,improve the quality of personnel training and enhance the ability to serve regional economic development.
