摘　　要：习近平总书记强调,要坚持以守正创新的正气和锐气,赓续历史文脉、谱写当代华章。“守正”是前提,“创新”是突破,在顺应时代特点的发展进程中,不断深耕传统文化发展规律,以符合日常实践需求为出发点和落脚点,激发民族文化的时代价值与精神价值,实现传统文化的赓续传承。火草纺织技艺从延绵不断的中华文明中一路走来,在政府主导、以人民为中心、紧扣时代特征的文化发展环境中,从草根文化成长为兼具经济价值、人文情怀、历史记忆、文化认同和时代精神的公共文化资源,为建设中华民族现代文明提供生动实践。Upholding Fundamental Principles and Breaking New Ground is the way to ensure the sustainable development of culture.“Upholding fundamental principles”is the premise,and“breaking new ground”is the breakthrough.We should explore the laws governing the development of traditional culture in the process of development with the characteristics of the times.While meeting the needs of daily practice is an indispensable condition to realize the continuous inheritance of traditional culture.Fireweed textile is an ancient culture,which symbolizes simplicity,nature and good wishes.But today it is the combination of spiritual value and economic value,production and innovation.In a government-led development space,the development of fireweed textile put the people’s interests at the center.From grassroots culture to public cultural resources,fireweed textile has the social functions of economy,emotion,memory and culture.This is a vivid practice in building the modern civilization of the Chinese nation.
