摘 要:目的研究临床路径教学模式在推拿科临床带教中的应用效果。方法随机选取天津中医药大学第一附属医院推拿科于2023年10月-2024年4月期间带教的推拿专业学生68名,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各34名;对照组采用传统带教模式,观察组采用临床路径教学模式。实习结束后,对比两组学生的带教结果。结果观察组的推拿中医理论和病历分析评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的病情诊断能力、推拿治疗能力和患者满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在推拿科临床带教中采用临床路径教学模式,能够加深学生对推拿中医理论知识的理解,且有助于学生更加系统、熟练地掌握推拿实践能力,并提高学生们的教学满意度,可为推拿科及其他科室的临床带教工作提供参考。Objective To study the application effect of clinical pathway teaching mode in clinical teaching of tuina.Methods 68 tuina major students who were taught by the Tuina Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2023 to April 2024 were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group,with 34 cases in each group;the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,while the observation group adopted the clinical pathway teaching mode.After internship,compare the teaching results of two groups.Results The observation group had higher scores in Traditional Chinese Medicine theory and medical record analysis than the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had higher scores in disease diagnosis ability,massage treatment ability,and patient satisfaction than the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had higher teaching satisfaction than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of clinical pathway teaching mode in clinical teaching of tuina can deepen students’understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine theory knowledge in tuina,and help them master tuina practice ability more systematically and proficiently,and improve students’teaching satisfaction.It can provide reference for clinical teaching of tuina and other departments.
